IAW CPR Services provides certified instructors who are trained to teach a range of CPR and first aid training, certification, and support for individuals and organizations. They offer classes, certifications, and resources to help people learn and maintain their CPR and first aid skills, including programs for healthcare providers, schools, workplaces, and the general public.
In essence, IAW CPR Services empower individuals and organizations to be prepared and capable of providing life-saving interventions until professional help arrives.
HOW organizations might benefit from participating in training with IAW CPR Services includes:
- Onsite Scheduled Training Classes: We come to you.
- Classes are conducted in familiar surroundings, making the training more relevant and applicable to real-world workplace scenarios.
- Participants can practice CPR in the specific environment where emergencies might occur, like the office or workplace, allowing them to become familiar with their surroundings and emergency supplies.
- On-site training can be more cost-efficient as organizations can pay directly to the provider, often at a discount, and eliminate travel costs and time.
- Hosting training on-site is convenient for employees, as it allows them to participate during a normal work shift and avoid scheduling conflicts.
For Providers and Teaching Professionals:
- Healthcare providers: For maintaining their BLS and CPR certifications.
- Schools and workplaces: For providing safety training to their employees and students.
- Lifeguards, coaches, and teachers: To enhance their ability to respond to emergencies.
- Individuals who want to learn CPR for personal and professional use: For families, friends, and colleagues.

The classes we offer:
BLS Provider Classes are geared towards medical staff who require certification or renewal of their licenses, or to fulfill their employment requirements. This course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality CPR using compressions, ventilation, and the use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator).

Each person will learn 1- and 2-person rescuer techniques for adults and infants, while also learning the proper techniques to be used in a clinical setting by participating in simulated clinical scenarios, via the use of manikins and various clinical tools. This course includes BLS skills practice and testing. It also requires a multiple-choice exam at the completion of each course.
AHA BLS Skills Session is required after completing the online class located at https://elearning.heart.org/ in order to have the skills learned assessed by an instructor. The skills session is mandatory to obtain the BLS Provider card.
AHA Heartsaver Class teaches First Aid, CPR, and AED usage for adults, children, and infants. It is designed to meet American Heart Association and OSHA requirements. It will teach one to recognize an emergency, control the scene, obtain emergency care quickly on the way, and assist a person until more advanced care can arrive to take over. This course is designed for individuals with limited or no medical training who need or want to learn lifesaving measures in the event of an emergency.
